The current minister for justice and constitutional affairs Ephraim Kamuntu has explained to this website that he accepted the results that were announced by the electoral commission.
Kamuntu revealed that he is looking upon doing his assignments given to him as the minister for justice will not go to court to challenge the results.
“the voters punched me out, it was a heavy brow and I couldn’t dodge it out only to landed in it and knocked out. Now I will focus on my duties as the minister for justice. ”
The minister added he believes in the low and will of people the way they decided and he respects it.
Kamuntu was trounced by Prof. Elijah Mushemaza Dickens and the two had participated in NRM primaries where Kamuntu was announced a winner dramatically after several vote recounts by Sheema district NRM electoral officers.
