KASESE: A 26 Years old Boy Stoned to Death by Unknown Goons

Residents of Base lower, central division in kasese Municipality walked up in shook after landing on the body of an unidentified old man of 26 years along River Nyamwamba after being stoned on the head up to death by unknown people.
The body was discovered by the children who had gone to fetch water from the river who run back home and informed the parents.
According to chairman LC1 of the same village, Jafari Kigutiya has warned the residents to stop taking the law into their hands and urged them to always cooperate with police in order to strengthen security and added that the deceased is not known in their area.
The spokesperson of the police in Rwenzori Region Twesigye has condemned the act and advised the residents to always contact them for help and not to take the law into their hands which can lead them to imprison, noting that there is no one above the law.
