Maj. Emmy Confirmed as ISO Deputy General
Veteran interagency operative Emmy Katabazi has been confirmed as a newly deputy of general of the security organization (ISO) and he has been working as deputy director of mass media in the same organization and at the moment had fallen out with Col Kaka Bagyenda and at the time of the appointment he was on leave.
A source has also confirmed that Taban Amin will be working as the second deputy DG and they will be headed by Col. Charles Oluka who is the new current boss of the same organization and that they will resume office on Wednesday 14th October.
At the moment ISO operatives were accused of carrying out human rights abuse including arbitrary arrests of people and detaining them in unknown places .
