High Court blocks Minister’s second Petition to block the nomination of Kazo NRM Flag Bearer

Just one day remaining to the nomination day of candidates from different political parties across the country.
The Acting Deputy Registrar Samuel Twakyire read the ruling following the appeal from One Minister Molly Kamukama the minister of state for economic monitoring who filled a case against the declaration of one Jenipher Muhesti who was declared as the NRM the flag bearer for kazo to be canceled due to vote rigging which she claims to place during the NRM primaries.
Muhesti got 16,802 and Minister Molly got 16,715 However, Kamuka was not contented with the results, and she petitioned NRM electoral commission where she lost the petition.Kamukama decided to a high court in Mbarara which has also quashed.
The NRM Electoral Commission Tanga Odoi declared Muheesi as the NRM flag bearer for Kazo woman Mp seat.
