Kampala
The ministry of ICT and national guidance in talks with security agencies to ensure that social media platforms are restored in Uganda.
The government imposed a social media blackout last month citing security concerns.
The ICT minister Judith Nabakooba says once the security threat reduces the ban will be lifted.
She addressed the media in Kampala yesterday
