Police in Mbarara has today the 08/02/2021 at 1030/c arrested one Nsereko Christopher aged 37years a resident of Kireka Central, Kireka ward, Kira town council, Kyadondo Wakiso district for multiple accounts of theft of money from clients of Stanbic Bank Mbarara branch.
Two other assailants that operate with the suspect were able to escape from the bank in Motor vehicle UAZ 592D Mark two grand and the hunt for them is still on.
We caution members of the public to always be careful while making transitions in the banks by only dealing with bank officials to avoid being targets of crimes.
The suspect is being held at CPS Mbarara.
