The Traffic Police has also issued the traffic flow guidelines, ahead of Wednesday’s ceremony, indicating disruptions along Entebbe Road and on routes leading to Kololo Ceremonial Grounds.
According to the guidelines, Kololo Ceremonial grounds will have restricted access for only guests with stickers with VIPS expected to use John Babiha (Acacia Avenue) to access the venue via Elgon Terrace.
Members of Parliament Elect will access the venue through Wampewo Avenue using buses from Parliamentary Parking and drop off at Lower Kololo Terrace/ Wampewo Avenue Junction.
